Pulse Brand Forge began in 2018 when founders Alex Rivera and team spotted gaps in personalized marketing amid digital boom. Starting with freelance gigs, we scaled to 50 clients by 2020 via word-of-mouth successes.

Pivoted during pandemic to e-com focus, tripling revenue. 2022 expansion added AI division; now 75 employees serve global roster. Milestones: Clio Award win, 500% growth since inception. Future: AI ethics leadership.
